Counseling

My orientation is integrative — merging traditional and holistic modalities of treatment. In addition to traditional talk therapy services, I offer Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy. I view it to be one of the most effective and advanced tools a trained clinician can utilize to get to the root of habitual patterns suppressed in the subconscious mind and release the old programming and core beliefs that no longer serve your highest good. I’m also certified as an integrative medicine provider for mental health and look forward to incorporating nutrition and plant medicine wisdom into therapy. I find it to be the perfect pairing for it supports the counseling process beautifully by restoring balance to the body and promotes healing.

I enjoy incorporating the mind/body connection into my practice and utilize techniques rooted in mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, somatic awareness exercises, guided imagery and visualization to reestablish balance and promote health. Our work will focus on discovering what keeps you from being your authentic self. We will uncover the barriers that hold you back from healing. I work from a strengths based persective and will guide you in the process of returning to self-love and acceptance. Our work together is designed to support you in reaching your highest potential and returning to your authentic self. I will help you use your body’s innate wisdom to recover and thrive!

I am trained in working with adolescents (at least 16), college students, and adults of all ages. I work collaboratively with clients who are seeking support for resolving chronic patterns, histories of trauma, self-worth, relationship concerns, depression, anxiety, spirituality, codependency, life transitions, grief, and journey into parenthood.
