In this 90 minute presentation you will learn about the potential causes of your symptoms and what action steps you can take towards your path of wellness and how to take back your health naturally.

Most of us know that what we eat matters, but these days we face so much conflicting and confusing information, that sometimes it is hard to know how to incorporate healthy eating into the flow of our lives without feeling deprived, confused or frustrated. Using food as medicine is about supplying the body with what it needs to generate health, wellness and vitality. Ideal nutrition restores our energy levels, provides greater clarity of mind, helps our bodies naturally fight off illness and strengthens the immune system. Ultimately, nutritionally rich foods can bring us into greater balance within our bodies and this impacts our overall mental health.

Breathwork & Meditation Classes

Cost: $20 per class or purchase a 5 class pack for $80

Breath medicine is a journey where you will learn and experience how to blend breathwork practices with gentle movement and meditation. Expect to feel clear-headed, light, bright, and beautifully grounded. This class teaches you the powerful medicine of your very own breath as I guide you through a 60-minute journey.

Class Tips:

  • We will have water on hand for you.
  • It’s acceptable to cry and feel any emotion that arises to be released during class -tissues will be nearby!
  • Wear layers you can easily add or remove because body temperatures can fluctuate during breathwork.
  • Have your journal and pen ready for any insights or clarity you receive – breathwork can open and amplify your intuition.
  • Classes are small consisting of 6 people
